We are located at the Institut Jacques Monod in Paris. We seek to understand the nuclear pathways that shape transcriptomes, thereby determining cellular functions. We are broadly interested in the molecular mechanisms and physiological functions of transcriptional and post-transcriptional control of gene expression using genome-wide approaches, molecular genetics, and biochemistry. We also aim at understanding how perturbations in these processes are involved in diseases. We use budding yeast and human cells in culture as model systems.
